Banner continues to lead the pack for customer service and resident satisfaction. Satisfacts recently released their 2016 survey winners and Banner had 16 communities that made the list!

Banner participates in Satisfact's Insite program. At different points of the customer life cycle, we send strategic surveys to our residents and prospects making sure we are meeting their needs. These surveys are scored from 0-5. To be an award winner, each property needed a combined score of 4.0 or higher and a minimum of 50 completed surveys. Way to go teams! Here is the list of winners:
