Cheryl Brock
President
Cheryl Brock is President of Banner Property Management, the management arm of Banner Real Estate Group. Overseeing operations, Regional Managers, and teams in Compliance, Training, and Revenue Management. Before this role, Cheryl was Banner’s Vice President of Operations and a Regional Manager, overseeing seven properties with 1,436 units in Illinois and Michigan. With over 20 years in the industry and with Banner since 2003, her expertise spans leasing, resident relations, multi-site management, employee training, budgeting, marketing, and financial analysis. She holds CAM and COS designations.

Lindsey Colby
Vice President of Operations & Marketing
Lindsey Colby is Vice President of Operations and Marketing for Banner Property Management. She evaluates and reports operational results to the President, oversees training and support, and manages policies and procedures. Lindsey leads operational training and updates to marketing systems, onboarding schedules, and the policy manual. She holds CAM and Certified Trainer designations through NAA and ATD and serves on the Legislative Committee for the Chicagoland Apartment Association. With Banner since 2008, Lindsey has 16+ years in multifamily, previously as a Trainer and Regional Manager. She holds a B.A. from North Park University.

Gregory Schwantes
Director of Business Systems
Greg Schwantes is Banner’s Director of Business Systems, overseeing all systems and integrations. He analyzes trends, manages pricing for properties using revenue management, and supports operations with performance analytics and general administrative assistance. With industry experience since 2005, Greg served as Property Manager with Banner until mid-2015. Greg rejoined the Banner Team as Property Management Support Specialist and Director of Revenue Management before his current role.

Amber Hernandez Buino
Operations and Marketing Support Specialist
Amber is the Operations and Marketing Support Specialist at Banner, overseeing digital marketing, website updates, and reputation management, while also supporting operational reporting and administrative tasks. She joined Banner in 2019 as a Property Manager and transitioned to her current role in 2023. Amber began her career in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily market-rate communities, advancing through various onsite positions, and has proven expertise in operational goals, retention, and resident engagement.

Michael Gudino
Leasing & Operations Trainer
Michael Gudino is the Leasing & Operations Trainer at Banner Property Management, bringing nearly 20 years of multifamily experience. Known for his mentorship and collaborative approach, Michael enhances staff performance and drives Net Operating Income (NOI) growth through effective project coordination and optimized leasing strategies. In his role, Michael designs training programs focused on leasing skills, financial analysis, and multi-family systems. By managing Banner’s Learning Management System, he fosters a culture of growth, improving team morale and resident satisfaction across the portfolio.

Drew Allison
Project Manager & Director of Capital Projects
Drew is the Project Manager and Director of Capital Projects for Banner Property Management, LLC. He began his career with Banner in March 2011 as a Maintenance Supervisor, managing properties until August 2015 when he left after a property sale. He returned in June 2019 as a Maintenance Supervisor in North Carolina and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021. With over 20 years of expertise in construction and property maintenance, Drew now oversees projects in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ohio, supporting Regional and Property Managers and Maintenance teams in capital budget planning.

Ken Eisenbeis
Project Manager & Director of Capital Projects
Ken Eisenbeis is Project Manager and Director of Capital Projects at Banner Property Management, LLC, bringing over 40 years of property management experience and a strong DIY philosophy. Ken has been in this role since 2008, overseeing properties in Missouri, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina. He supports Regional and Property Managers, Maintenance Teams, and all Banner Project Managers, while also assisting the acquisitions team with capital budgeting. Ken spearheaded the development of Banner’s Maintenance Policies and Procedures Manual.

Brian Gibbons
Regional Manager
Brian Gibbons joined Banner Property Management, LLC in March 2016 as a Property Manager, was promoted to Multi-Site Property Manager in January 2019, and became Regional Manager in July 2021. Starting his property management career as a Leasing Consultant in 2010, Brian currently oversees the Arizona, Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina portion of the portfolio.

Mary Sullivan
Vice President of Human Resources
Mary K. Sullivan, SPHR, is responsible for planning, developing, and administering HR management functions. Her role includes staffing, employee orientation, training, management development, labor relations, compliance, policies, compensation, benefits, and employee assistance. Before Banner, Mary was VP/Director of HR at Countryside Bank for 26 years until its sale to Wintrust Bank. She holds HR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
